My professional background spans hospitality, aviation, public relations, societal impact, culture and communication, alongside project management supporting leadership education across disciplines. Serving international guests, including figures in the public eye, has deepened my respect for attentive service and confidentiality. Their identities and experiences remain private.
Xeeva brings together two worlds I value deeply: exceptional hospitality and the understanding of people. Xeeva Concierge is the private travel and access division of Xeeva Agency, which helps leaders move towards their goals through mindset, clarity and practical tools. Informed by human behaviour and psychology, its work encourages greater alignment, focus and purposeful action.
Xeeva is drawn from Alexeeva, and is a tribute to my father: precision without coldness, warmth without looseness.
