Flights, transfers, residences, tables, guides and everything in between are arranged for you, through a private network of estate owners, captains, chefs, curators and fixers worldwide.

The Hand Behind the Journey
Xeeva Concierge was built inside the same disciplines that move the world's most exacting industries. My background sits across hospitality, aviation, communication, culture, leadership and psychology — a rare intersection, and a practical one. It is what allows a journey to be planned not only around a place, but around a person.
The name Xeeva is drawn from my own surname, Alexeeva — a name within a name, refined rather than reinvented. It is a quiet tribute to my father, and to the standard he set: precision without coldness, warmth without looseness. That same standard runs through every decision we make.
Each of those six fields sharpens the others. Hospitality teaches anticipation. Aviation teaches protocol. Communication teaches clarity. Culture teaches context. Leadership teaches accountability. Psychology teaches the one thing no itinerary can capture on its own: how a person wants to feel. Together, they form the operating system of this company.
I am the founder of both Xeeva Agency and Xeeva Concierge. Xeeva Agency works with leaders and organisations on leadership architecture, communication precision, and performance integration. Xeeva Concierge brings that same discipline into the world — private journeys composed with clarity, discretion, and a network built over years.
The two disciplines meet when a journey needs more than logistics. We pair travel with bespoke executive programmes and workshops, drawing on an international network of speakers and facilitators. As a speaker myself, I have seen how the right setting changes what a team is willing to address.
My work has always moved across borders — between boardrooms and departure lounges, between cultures and time zones. I understand the pressure of a schedule that does not wait, and the value of a single detail done correctly. The clients who come to us are not looking for a package. They are looking for a mind they can trust with their time, their family, and their reputation. That is the trust I am honoured to keep.

Nā Pali Coast, Kauaʻi
Honopu — a sand beach beneath a five-hundred-foot arch, unreachable by road, by trail, or by any boat permitted to land. You swim the last stretch in from the water. Arrive by private catamaran at first light, spend the morning on a shore almost nobody sees, and return to a cliff-top residence above Hanalei Bay with a chef in place for the evening.

South Africa
The Boulders colony at first light, opened privately with a resident conservationist before the gates. Afterwards, a Cape Peninsula drive by classic convertible and a cellar table in Stellenbosch reserved in full.

California
Golden-hour access to the California coast — a private rooftop above Venice Beach, a curated gallery afternoon, and a chef's table reserved just for you.
04Oslo
Norway
The Opera House rising from the fjord in white Carrara. A box held for the première, a curator's walk before opening hours, and a silent electric cruiser waiting at the quay for dinner on the water.
05Marbella
Costa del Sol
Puerto Banús at the hour the light climbs La Concha and the harbour goes still — the yachts lit, the town returned to the people who live there. A hillside villa in Sierra Blanca, a Riva held at the quay from ten, and a table on the water kept without a name.
06Bali
Nusa Penida, Indonesia
The cliffs of Kelingking falling six hundred feet into water so clear the reef reads from the ridge. Reached by private boat before the day begins, followed by a cliff-edge villa on the Bukit peninsula, a resident chef, and an evening with nothing on the horizon but the Indian Ocean.

A penthouse overlooking Shibuya at dusk, the keys to a Ginza omakase counter that seats six, and a tea ceremony in a centuries-old Kyoto townhouse.

The towers seen whole, from across the park, at the hour the city lights come up — eighty-eight floors of steel and glass held above the fountains of KLCC. A sky-suite at their foot, the rainforest an hour's flight away, and a city that rewards those who move through it privately.

Seen from the air: the Grand's white façade, the formal gardens of the square, and Europe's longest wooden pier running straight out into the Baltic. Poland's most elegant seaside town — discreet, seasonal, and almost entirely unknown to the international set.

Europe's quietest capital after dark — the Ljubljanica lit end to end, baroque façades held in gold, terraces still full at midnight. A city small enough to be taken privately, and an hour from the Alps in either direction.
